Job Analysis and Competency Design
This 1 day course is designed for those involved in defining the critical success factors for roles and in the assessment of people for recruitment and employee development. Helps ensure competencies are accurately defined and reflect the organization’s objectives through training in systematic job analysis techniques (Card Sorts, Repertory Grid, Critical Incidents and Visionary Interviewing) and data integration.
Combined TSTI and TSPQ Accreditation Training
This 2.5 day course is designed for those interested in having access to a both a type and trait personality instrument with the ability to administer and conduct feedback sessions using the TSTI and TSPQ Instruments. The course will cover: background of psychometrics, defining the TSTI and TSPQ scales, administering and scoring the profiles of both instruments and managing interactive feedback discussion using both the TSTI and TSPQ. Time will be spent exploring the various report options and the underpinning models associated with each report.
TSTI Accreditation Training
This 1 day course is designed for those interested in having access to a type personality instrument with the ability to administer and conduct feedback sessions using the TSTI Instrument. The course will cover: background of psychometrics, defining the TSTI scales, administering and scoring the profiles of the TSTI and managing interactive feedback discussion using the TSTI. Time will be spent exploring the various report options and the underpinning models associated with each TSTI report.
TSTI Conversion Workshop
This is a short half day workshop for those already trained to use a Type based personality questionnaire and looking to understand the differences provided by the TSTI.
TSTI – Team Roles and Creativity Masterclass
This is a half day Masterclass to help practitioners become familiar with the Team Roles model and the 7 Creativity Lenses Model used within the TSTI portfolio of reports. Each report has an application for helping groups and individuals to be more creative and better problem solvers in the workplace and to identify each other’s strengths.
