Employee Development
Before working with employees to help improve their performance and to help them realise their potential, we conduct a Development Needs Analysis which provides useful information and a structure to identify either an individual’s or group’s development needs.
The first step in a development journey involves building insight and self-awareness. Based on scientifically valid assessments and facilitated by experienced consultants, the process provides individuals with the opportunity to reflect on and explore their strengths and development needs in a safe and confidential environment.
Development Needs Analysis sessions can last up to two hours and are an excellent pre-cursor to both structured development programmes and on-going individual coaching interventions.
